Dr. Messef received MD Medical from Aleppo University in 1980.

Has more than thirty-five years practicing as consulting general pediatrician at (ARC).

Receive DCH from Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ireland Sept.1985.

Also got a follow of the tropical disease from Royal society of tropical medicine and hygiene.

Started my career in Rashid Hospital in Dubai in 1981.

From 1987 I’m working as Specialist-Pediatric at the ARC Clinic till now.

And Partner and the CEO of the clinic.

Achieved the J.C.I. on November 2012 (Joint Commission International).
